SUSANNA HOKE
ROTATIONAL GUEST PREACHER

Susanna was raised in Chico and is a Chico State alum. Her time serving in missions at Bidwell in the early 2000s, led to a call to pastoral ministry. She has a Master’s in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary and an MDiv from Seattle Pacific Seminary.
She has been actively involved in the Jesus Center, Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission and Agros International and believes that Jesus meant it when he said that whatever we do to the least of these, we do unto him. She is inspired by the call to follow Christ on what Eugene Peterson (and Nietzsche) describes as a "long-obedience in the same direction".
She has served in mission, children and family ministries and discipleship at Bidwell, Emmanuel and University Presbyterian Churches and now serves as a campus pastor for a K-12 school in Seattle, WA.
She is married to Steve and has three “children”, Camille (20), Anna (18) and Daniel (15). Her love of tennis has expanded to now include pickleball and she enjoys getting out on the water whenever possible.
